Выпускник Московской государственной консерватории им. П. И. Чайковского (класс профессора Г. П. Керенцева и профессора А.Ю. Уткина). В годы учебы являлся стипендиатом Международного благотворительного фонда В. Спивакова, Благотворительного фонда Э. Быстрицкой, Международного фонда К. Орбеляна и Благотворительного общественного фонда "Новые имена".
Лауреат Московского конкурса гобоистов и камерных ансамблей (1998), Московского международного фестиваля молодых солистов (2000), Всероссийского открытого конкурса исполнителей на духовых и ударных инструментах (Санкт-Петербург, 2000), дипломант Всероссийского открытого конкурса "Новые имена" (Москва, 2000).
Виталий Назаров ведет активную сольную деятельность в России и за рубежом, выступает как солист с симфоническими и камерными оркестрами России, такими как Российский национальный оркестр, Государственный симфонический оркестр "Новая Россия", Камерный оркестр "Эрмитаж", Академический камерный оркестр "Musica Viva".
С 2001 года - солист ансамбля современной музыки "Студия новой музыки" (художественный руководитель - заслуженный артист России, профессор Игорь Дронов). Принимал участие в мастер-классах Алексея Огринчука в Портогруаро, Ферраре (Италия, 2006), Бильбао (Испания, 2008), участник фестиваля Гидона Кремера в Локкенхаусе (2009).
В августе 2005 года удостоен премии European Foundation for Culture (Германия, Висбаден).
С 2003 года - артист Российского национального оркестра. Организатор и солист ансамбля "RNO Camerata", выступает также в составе Духового квинтета РНО

Vitaly Nazarov is a graduate of the Moscow State Conservatory were he studed with professor G.P.Kereventzev and professor A.Y.Utkin.
During years of study Vitaly received scholarship from the Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Foundation, E. Bistritzkaya charity Foundation, K. Oberlian International Foundation, and Charity Foundation 'New Names'.
Vitaly is a prizewinner at the 1998 Moscow Oboe Competition, Chamber Ensemble Competition, and Moscow International Festival of Young Soloists in 2000. During the same year he becomes a prizewinner at the All-Russian Competition of Wind and Percussion Instruments in St.Petersburg. Vitaly is a Diploma winner at the Moscow All-Russian Open Competition 'New Names' in 2000.
Vitaly Nazarov leads an active solo career and has many concert engagements in Russia and abroad. He performes as a soloist with The Russian National Orchestra, The State Symphony Orchestra 'New Russia', Chamber Orchestra 'Ermitazh', and Academic Chamber Orchestra 'Musica Viva'.
Since 2001 Vitaly is a soloist with the contemporary music ensemble 'New Music Studio' ( artistic director professor Igor Dronov ). He took part in the master classes with Professor A.Ogrintchouk in Ferrara (2006) and Portogruaro, Italy (2006) and in Bilbao, Spain (2008).
In 2009 Vitaly Nazarov is a participant in the Chamber Music Festival founded by Gidon Kremer in Lokenhaus, Austria.
In August 2005 Vitaly was awarded the European Foundation for Culture prize in Weisbaden, Germany.
Since 2003 he is a member of the Russian National Orchestra.
Vitaly Nazarov is the founder and the soloist of the RNO Camerata, and he also is a member of The Russian National Orchestra Wind Quintet.
Born to a family of musicians, Vitaly Nazarov graduated with honors from the music high school attached to Moscow's Tchaikovsky Conservatory. He is presently completing advanced studies at the Conservatory.
Vitaly was a laureate at Moscow's 1998 Oboe and Chamber Ensemble Competition, and at Moscow's 2000 International Festival of Young Soloists. He also received a grant from the 2000 All-Russian Open Competition "New Names." In 2000, he became one of the youngest ever laureates of the All-Russian Competition of Wind and Percussion Instruments (St. Petersburg).
In 2005, he was awarded a European Cultural Prize.
Vitaly took part in master classes of Professor A. Ogrintchouk in Ferrara (2006) and Portogruaro (2006), regularly performs as a soloist, and has a broad solo and chamber music repertoire. He is a frequent guest soloist at the Moscow Conservatory and in other concert halls throughout Moscow and Russia. Since 2001, he has been a soloist with the contemporary music ensemble "New Music Studio" (artistic director, Igor Dronov).
Nazarov joined the Russian National Orchestra in 2003. That same year, he founded the chamber ensemble RNO Camerata
